Kai Ryssdal/Banana Bread

Every single night when I shower/get decompressed from daytime activities, I listen to a podcast about economics. It could be Marketplace, Planet Money, the Indictor or The Daily but I have been doing this every single night, (yes, even while away or on a trip) for years. To the point where I have come to associate the thought/feeling/association with calmness, in a very chic pavlovian dog type of way. I always thought it very strange and low-key embarrassing, but now in these Coronic Times it’s really become quite the saviour. If i ever find myself in a pickle, I just start hearing Kai Ryssdal’s voice discussing the S&P in my head.
