Lake Louuuuise — Tales of Layls

In extreme truthiness, I cannot lie, it is around this point at which all the destinations on our destination oriented trip began to blur into one and one of my eyes began to mildly water. While still mildly disoriented and confused at the overall Canadian-ness of everything, Lake Louise was breathtaking enough to dry up my eyeball right quick.

Happy go lucky tourista children enjoying non alcoholic beverages in a casual mountain setting! No but seriously check out those mountains.

This was a 2 hour stopover, but I squeezed out every photo that I could (New York's hottest club is mountainous scenery!) You may be thinking "wow look at that extremely narrow-shouldered man staring forlornly into the snow-capped distance." You would be wrong as that is in fact me.

Ya ya okay Lake Louise whatever... wait til you see whats up next...

This is the only picture at which I feel an unbridled level of pride and surge of warm emotion. Who needs photoshop when you have giant logs I had to kick a poor unsuspecting man off the deck in order to get this photo. In my defence I'm quite sure he was trying to steal a chair.

And thus we went onwards, trying to get as many Canadian experiences in the brisk Northern air in as we could.
